Tasteless, but really funny, "I'm a stand up comedian." It's even funnier if you're very serious about it. What do you do, doesn't necessarily mean how do you make money. You should use that question as an opportunity to talk about anything you're passionate about. For example, i have a goofball friend who played a lot of WoW. Stand up straight. All the time. Do it for a few weeks. Once you've built up that habit, pick something else and do that. Changing everything all at once is unrealistic. You don't even know what good parts you want to keep.

Talking with your hands shows passion and enthusiasm. You might be better off just saying fuck the haters, and go ahead and talk with your hands. On the other hand, if it's something you really hate, yeah, break the habit.
