Venture and Sea scouts, while not as common as a traditional BSA troop is coed for those over the age of 14 and runs to age 21, not 18. Whether or not you can be convinced that it counts as a mental disorder or not, isn't at the crux of the repealment of the 11th hour ban on trans people in the armed forces.
