2	Double standards in sports I have a similar story: When I was younger, I played for a U9 travel soccer team (8&9 year olds). We practiced twice a week, and at the same time we did, our Soccer Organizations Female U13(12&13 year olds) team practiced on the adjacent field. Every 3 or 4 practices we would scrimmage them for the last 20 minutes or so, about 5 times in all. We dominated. They didn't actually score a goal until the final practice of the season. 1	In the VP debate, Paul Ryan said they'd make abortion illegal, except in cases of rape. Wouldn't that result in women, who are no longer able to get an abortion otherwise, falsely accusing men of raping them? Probably, but coming from Ryan's point of view, that is the only position that makes sense. Think about it, Ryan believes that human life begins at conception. Thus no matter if the intercourse is rape or not, to Ryan, at conception, the baby is a human being. It's the only logical position for him to have if he believes life begins at conception. If she specifically accused a person of it, and he was charged, and it was found out she made it up (a la Brian Banks), then she should have to serve the same amount of years that he did. In this case, she is being charged with a filing a false police report. The incident before this was about a month ago, when a girl reported at around 4 PM that she was approached by two strangers in a Parking Garage (the most crowded one on campus, and extremely well-lit), chloroformed, and woke up hours later in the backseat of her car.
