| 2 | Lost & Afraid of Succeeding.I can't tell for sure by this post but I'm going to assume you're a guy (sorry if I'm wrong in which case completely disregard). What really helped me, although I was fairly young still when I went through my transition, was lifting more than anything. You can fake confidence and it works but for whatever reason lifting gave me so much more confidence and also try to find a chick friend or two because you'll feel so much more natural around women.
