I was assuming that's what OP meant by "differing definitions" of whether or not sex occured.

The implications for this are that a virgin may have extensively pb'd with a sweetheart with whom no sex (differing definitions) occurred. So in other words, a low SMV male who agrees to a sexless/blowjob only relationship? TRP provides a solution to avoid their fate, which is have higher SMV than those guys and don't commit to that kind of thing. a woman who, fully subscribed to the belief that sex can be a recreational activity not requiring commitment, could participate in the hook up culture…

I get preselection and I know that it works, but at the same time it seems like you're seeking validation from people you barely know. That's it though, it's a matter of preselection. The only validation I'm seeking from people I barely know is trying to get dates with women I cold approach. It seems like for a lot them, this preselection thing is a prerequisite, and that's my only concern.

As far as weight loss goes, it's all about calories in/calories out. The only effective way to lose fat is to burn more calories than you consume. Keeping your protein high will help you retain muscle as you cut, but really I've found that as long as I lift regularly, I can lose weight eating pretty much anything. Caloric deficit is what matters.

This is pretty much how I'd like to use FB, I guess my biggest concern is not seeming "interesting" enough, as I don't have pictures of me hanging out at bars with huge groups of girls like a college frat boy, because I'm not into that scene. I'm more of a day game guy. I think part of the issue is I'm young (22). Not in college any more, but most of the girls I'm interested in are at the college/party age. How can I make my profile look appealing to that demographic without having a massive soc…

As far as posting pictures of yourself rock climbing and stuff - yeah, that's pretty chill and all, but you don't want to be the guy who is only tagged in loner pics that he uploaded himself. That is one of my biggest concerns about making one. I'm not a big partier type, I'm more of an introvert with a few good friends that I hang out with on weekends. One of my buddies is a photographer that could definitely help me, but I'm not big on "social circle game" or going on vacations with big groups…

I've tried Paleo for a month straight, and didn't really notice any benefits from it as opposed to calorie counting and keeping my protein high. And as for the "junk food", depends on your definition. Fruit and nuts are very easy to overeat, and doing so will make/keep you fat just like overeating any other sugary/fatty foods.

Instant gratification (unhealthy pleasure eating) must be illiminated and one must discipline himself to eat in accordance to his new diet standards. I don't think you need to eliminate junk food, just use moderation. Clean eating might have some benefits to health, but at the end of the day calories in/calories out determine your weight. Logging what you eat or at least having a good estimate on your calorie intake and macros is a good idea, but I don't think you need to eliminate junk food to …

Fucking fatties, while not ideal, may be good for beginners trying to adopt an abundance mentality. Yes, it is giving them validation but betas trying to push themselves into the world of hookups need to prioritize their own interests over the interest of society at large. Every fit guy who works in the food industry is a fat enabler, but their financial interests are more important to them.

To be honest, from this post, Penny doesn't seem that bad to me. She might have moved on quickly after her beta husband died because she wasn't attracted to him, so she probably shouldn't have married him to begin with. But other than that, she's got a good job, she cooks good (which is why I was confused when you later said she had "lack of respect for her body"), and she dates alphas after realizing she's not attracted to betas. I get that it may seem harsh from your perspective as a friend of…

I don't understand all the hate here for alpha females. If I met a woman who truly embodied alpha traits, as in excellent career, fitness, appearance, intelligence and social skills, that would be as high quality as it gets. If anything, I'd have more respect for them as women because they did all that in spite of the opportunity to ride the CC and be mediocre. I do think this is extremely rare though, and that most women who consider themselves 'alpha' are probably average looking women with a …

So when you're watching the final episodes of Mad Men, and you look over at your girlfriend and tell her, "I want your lips on my cock," and she says no, you don't think to yourself, welp, I tried, I guess it's not going to happen tonight. No, you call up a plate or you turn to porn. If your girlfriend isn't satisfying you sexually, call up a plate or improve yourself until you have plates to call up. Porn is for betas. my point is that the billion dollar porn industry exists because women aren'…

I don't know about $11 a barrel. Like you said, only legacy wells would operate, and that's not enough to sustain the economy. I agree there definitely was overproduction, and I think what we are seeing now is the bursting of a bubble resulting from overproduction. The global economy is still heavily dependent on oil though, and simple supply and demand dictates the price won't drop below the minimum cost to produce the oil demanded by the world in the long run. What these low prices will do, as…

This is the route I took, but I don't think it's for everyone. Especially in engineering and software, probably 80% of the guys there are betas. I would say it's a good route for a very specific type of people, which is those that were raised by controlling beta parents and have no skills other than academic math and science at age 18. This was me, and for people like that, doing your 4 years time and then making the money to more easily persue your alpha goals on your own is probably the best w…

obvious wealth plays a minimal or no role in the influencing women to engage in casual sex After graduating from a four year university (admittedly being pretty beta in college), I'd have to say I disagree with this. While you don't need to be super rich, I do think that college men will struggle with barely enough money to get by. As an example, where I went to college, skiing and snowboarding were very popular. Lift passes are at least $350 a year, sometimes more, plus the cost of equipment. W…

Don't be a sucker for the damsel in distress. Generally, you won't be able to "change" your LTR. Hope you can be a good, masculine influence on your kid.

Thank you for this. For some reason, it's tempting for me to go preaching this stuff to the whole world. I know this is a stupid idea though. Following Robert Greene's advice, it's smarter to "win through your actions, never through argument" and "make your accomplishments seem effortless". When I'm at social or work events where people are eating food that I wouldn't eat all the time, I've learned it's better to just not make a scene and eat with them without sweating too much about it. As long…

Yep, I'd bet a lot of obese people could just cut wheat and shred at least half of their body fat. Worse than just wheat, most people get the majority of their carbs from white flour (either that or sugar). It's the primary ingredient in almost all of the poisonous foods you mentioned, and even "whole wheat" breads and noodles have some white flour in it. Getting all of your energy from one source of anything processed like that can't be good.

You'll lose weight with lower calories regardless, but a good diet will also keep you from feeling hungry all the time, having the runs, and having large sudden dips in blood sugar. Also a good diet will increase the effectiveness of your workouts. This. The reason people have such a hard time with portion control is because they eat junk food and stuff that's super dense in carbs and fat. 500 calories of twinkies and ice cream, and you'll be starving in an hour or less after a sugar crash. 500 …

In hindsight, it was pretty pathetic. I lived with my parents while I studied engineering until I graduated at 21. I worked internships in the summers that were pretty well paid, and I could've bought my own food if I understood how important health was. I didn't get it, and I was pretty BP throughout those years. I wouldn't call eating my parents food in those years "mooching" though. They expected me to eat with them and I would have had to fight them to eat my own food. It has paid off though…

Almond or coconut milk (unsweetened) is better than soy. At least for me, soy causes other digestive issues.

Are you saying you think it's manly to not give a shit about eating healthy, or that you think double bacon cheeseburgers are healthier than salad? As to the former, anyone serious about hitting the gym and achieving better fitness, which should be any TRP man, should pay attention to what they eat. I do think that it's important not to take it to the extreme though. Being unwilling to ever indulge in anything you like that's not completely healthy will come across as tryhard. As to the latter, …

Yeah, I've been trying to eliminate grains and even dairy. I haven't been able to find a source of grass-fed meat where I live, and I sometimes eat canned fish which contains soy as a snack at work, but just after eliminating grains as my primary source of food, I have noticed a huge difference in how I feel and look. I know there are some local farmers in my area, and I will try to find a source of higher quality meat as soon as possible.

I guess that's probably the best way to get accurate information. Seems like it would be time consuming if you keep up with news regularly. And I'm talking about important international, political and economic events, not all the social science BS studies that are on TV all the time.
