7	What's the point of college? I'm becoming extremely cynical about grades and classes—I have more important things to do. Well if you go for anything other than stem your degree is useless. I would recommend a guy like you who seems extremely intelligent and driven to go into a sales job. Out of the sales jobs I would recommend is real estate. I’ve been doing it for about 3 years now and started with a relatively small firm and I’m making about 70k after taxes and business expenses and I’m only 21, but I expect to be making around 120k next year. And becoming a lawyer though it will take forever is me proving to myself that I am capable of greatness outside of depending on my parents business.
