So we should gradually reduce our reddit hours and see if the chad-god touches us...

Sure, step one is improve yourself. However, a big part of creating frame is directing activity and choosing where you spend time, especially when she's your LTR. If it's holidays with the family then it's not going to be easy to avoid, but if you're conditioned to frequent high-roller type parties and you aren't a high-roller yourself (yet), then there's no shame in altering your habits. It's vital to have circles of men who are better than you because they do rub off on you. However, it's equa…

My instinct would be to not spend a dime on them but somehow find a reason to meet them without being seen as a "john" at all... but how? Were you able to pull off just dropping by the strip club bar as if you were not there for a free show? I could easily take a part time gig as a bouncer, but then it's back to shitting where you eat. When you have certain preferences it certainly seems like an easy way to identify ONS worthy girls with a body you know you'll enjoy.

So which thing is not the choosing signal that AMS is wrong about? and whose writing about choosing signals do you respect most? It seems to be a very ubiquitous term, so lots of potential BP input out there...

tough these days. Just Is it worth making focused effort not to look at anyone, i.e. postponing the "noticing" point? It's what my gut wants to do anyway... stay engrossed in my training (i.e. polar opposite of fuckarounditis) and it seems like the only way for a water fountain encounter to be "first encounter".

I like this analysis. As has been mentioned before, the gym is like a watering hole, almost the last bastion of fit females, especially with bars being so restricted now. In my mind the dilemma is how to use the selectiveness of the gym without shitting all over it. I'm far too advanced in my profession to take a temp job in or nearby... and it's not like people go from working out straight to a specific place like coffee or library, they shower and disperse right back to work or class or whatev…

Please clarify opposite... you're referring to the regulars thinking I'm not worth the risk because I've kept to my training and basically it would be an obvious change of course for me?

Goes without saying huh. I should have consolidated the question and put it more simply: when you're in your head and think she knows you've blown chances, what do you tell yourself to get back to IDGAF or is it just too late so just treat it like the hot potato it is... fuck it, hey this is me, I just saw you again, we should get coffee later.

That's what I was getting at. I completely agree... as a rule.
