Yeah, I didn't interpret this so much as 'this is what's actually happening' as 'this is how people are telling themselves things or going' or 'this is what people are comfortable admitting on this survey.' But I was definitely bothered that women are clearly reporting that they aren't getting consent before having sex with someone, and yet the campus campaign continues to address rape as though it has female victims only.

These actually use a national format - it's what we use to continue getting funding for our ATOD prevention programs. However, I am as wary as you of self-reported statistics.
