It's also not an effective currency. A currency is a medium of exchange. Without a currency, we'd need to barter for everything. But good luck spending your bitcoin outside a few fringe places. It's not possible to buy groceries or pay your mortgage with bitcoin, and probably never will be. It's more of a speculative investment or a money laundering scheme than a currency.

chicken breast Chicken breast alone sucks. That's why people bread or fry it, or cover it in sugar (BBQ sauce) etc. The healthiest way to eat chicken breast is in soup IMO. Chicken drumsticks and chicken thighs are a much better choice most of the time. They're full of juicy fat so they don't taste like a chew toy for your dog, and they're still pretty low calorie. Even a deep fried chicken drumstick from KFC is only like 160 calories, so a plain one would be even less.

Same, but I think cutting out sugar is the most important thing. Keto takes it a little too far IMO. Complex carbs aren't that bad, and I just can't get behind avoiding vegetables due to their carbs.

Have a cheat meal or 2 per week. If you need to... otherwise don't. I used to binge Saturday night to Sunday night, and undid a lot of progress every time. Even if I wasn't feeling a craving for anything in particular, I did it anyway because that was my habit. Eat clean as often as possible.. everyday if you can. That way, when you want to go out for drinks or have an occasional donut, it's no problem. But I wouldn't recommend having a scheduled cheat day.

So true. I'm in a similar situation. I have a pretty well paid job, but I only do 1-2 hours of work most days. Of course, all the women are constantly swamped. In fact, they're so swamped, they need to take 50-75% of their day to talk to the other women about how busy they are! That's when they're not in meetings talking about how busy they are, of course.
