I did back in 2001. I received the cruise as part of a contest at work, otherwise I'd have never bothered. I was okay on the ship, food and booze were always available, the room was nice. The ports in the Caribbean were shit, nothing but tourist traps selling absolute crap. I had a better time when I wandered a few miles from the tourist spots, but it was still a bit disappointing. ​ But that's just me, I know a few younger folks that really enjoy cruises. For the career stuff, look into rolling goals or fuzzy goals. It's a method of managing goals with variable velocity and allows for adaptation along the way.

My ex-wife had to get a hysterectomy, she has three tiny scars on her stomach. If I remember correctly, the procedure took about an hour.
