I know exaxctly what you mean. That’s the key, when it comes to other frames I can be also somewhat of cold or a creep. But you see forget about women, even in formal/professional situations if you can crack a propriate joke and bring other people into (at least closer to) your frame, you’re the man. Having various sorts of understandings of different situations i.e. tragedies, emotions, default comedic materials to different emotional atmospheres, observing comics and writing jokes (tying to at…

Watch some comics interviews, try to write few jokes and definitely read few articles about storytelling. (There are 4-5 different videos on YT about how Louie c.k. is a great storyteller) These will not make you the ultimate hilarious person. You are already fun and cool (having the right mentallity), but sometimes it’s just the presentation of our mind and thoughts that we’re incapable of.

Did you listen to Naval’s podcast? Also in House of Cards, Frank compared power to money in a scene with Remy Danton, a young guy who choose a corporate (private sector) over Governance for money. He said something like “Money is not forever, may not last even for decades. Power on the other hand is the true source, has the impact to last for centries.”

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
