There are no failures. This board doesn't preach one type of success like a diet. This board is mostly about being positive and just having the courage to do what you always wanted to do. You may fail short term, but long term the idea that are preached on this board will affect your entire life. I learn the most from failures. Whether it's a social situation, video game, business deal, whatever; you do it once, you realize it was a mistake and move on.

If you want to get better at something I have one word for you: practice. You need to just stand in front of a mirror with your cellphone recording what you say and just fucking read out of a book. Read out of a dictionary, just try and make it as interesting as possible. You absolutely need to hear yourself before you can make any corrections. Good luck.

The mall is a tough but rewarding place to start. Try going to there for what malls are actually intended for, shopping. Shop for new clothes, look at books, go eat etc. Go to stores that interest you and try on new clothing, ask people how it looks on you and ask for suggestions. If your just trying to break out of your shell it's a wonderful place to do it because your forced into interaction if you enter a store. Good luck.

Your in College, you need to get involved with clubs your passionate about and meet EVERYONE through that. You need to love meeting new people, because they will like you and introduce you to new people. Also your 18, so you might not like drinking now but don't get stuck in that stance. Like most things, alcohol is great in small doses and terrible in big ones.

Thanks for the laugh, plus this is a great way of putting it that occasionally I might claim as my own.

Explain this entire scenario out loud to yourself and then ask if you think it is creepy. The answer is very.

I wear glasses and I LOVE girls with glasses as well. If a girl is wearing thick-rimmed glasses and I don't approach I would do the charlie brown walk of shame for the next week. To me it takes a bit of personality to wear them and that's a big plus for me.

I'm twenty-two and sometimes I'll try and be different and call the girl up instead of texting her. I think most of the women do appreciate it in a old timey way, but it's super easy to tell which ones are almost confused by it.

Malls are about as difficult as it gets, so if you start there I salute man. Keep it up!

I'm 5'7" as well and I find being with girls taller with me to be awkward. I don't find them intimating, I just want my ladies to be shorter then me I suppose. There's something about the girl having to lean down to kiss you that just kills attraction for me. Did you ever feel this way?

With that type of mindset you can't lose. Apply it to every facet of your life, be it work, exercise, sarging etc. It's just a winner's mentality.

My hands always shake, Not noticeably though and people only notice if i'm doing something with my hands for a long time. It's fair to say I have no chance as a surgeon in the future. Working out does helps out a bit, and try eating bananas as well. I've heard the potassium helps with shaking. Maybe have HER enter the number on your phone or write it on a piece of paper for you. 99.99% of girls will know how to operate a phone and if they don't tell them you teach a course on it.

I have always loved having female friends, for the all reasons mentioned above. I can personally attest that you are correct about being nice just to get a desired result. I look back at a couple of girls that I've known through the years and it makes more sense why it never happened. I feel like someone just called me on my bullshit and I couldn't be happier right now.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
