Yeah I can relate, it's been around thr same amount of time for myself, almost around the 2 year mark I think. All I've tried to do is self progression, my problem is managing my free time. Work 830 till 6 x5-6 a week. There's not much free time really for anything outside of gym x2 a day and working 6 days a week. But I feel you dude.

I wouldn't say being introverted is the issue, it's the traits that follow with it. Lack of confidence, frame.
