I agree in terms of relationships, but if we're talking interpersonal relationships in general, I don't think that's a feminine thing to do. Friendships with people that add fulfilment to your life through working together or finding camaraderie through similar mindsets is just very human.

Ayyyye nice. I also got a computer engineering degree and ended up at Cisco lol. IT is much better than EE imo. You're much less constricted in terms of skillsets and who you can work for.

Yeah, I got pretty lucky that math came to me pretty easily. Thanks for the good words. I feel like I missed a lot of life because of the time I spent studying in college. I mean in terms of learning practical skills like finances, automobile repair, etc. I feel like I'm playing catch up lol. I definitely recommend trade school over engineering school if it's possible for you. You'd make more than a EE after 2 years of welding school 😂.

I second that. Reading your experience was really nice. Congrats on getting a Phd in the hardware field. That stuff is tough lol. That was the concentration for my computer engineering degree and I couldn't imagine doing that for a career. Yikes.

Sadly, I'm not musically inclined so I don't play an instrument yet. I started on bass like 2 weeks ago after getting through engineering school. My roommate is in a tech death band though, so I see all his equipment and it's amazing. He has a Helix and a inline Pod. I love all those artists man
