| 14 | the same court that had him arrested for failure to pay, totally ignored her obligation to allow his girls to visit him.I think it's interesting that the courts basically say a child has a right to a father's money, but no right to his companionship. The child support order is technically an obligation owed the child, but apparently that obligation is ONLY financial.
