See, here we reach a problem, Imo there’s no more discussion between me and you, because I believe that abortion isn’t murder, and you believe it is, neither of us are wrong it’s just our opinions.

Yeah mate, you’re right, men should be able to sign a document asking for an abortion, but if the woman doesn’t want to abort, then the man should have no responsibilities. However they shouldn’t be able to force abortion, the guy was in a terrible position, and that needs to be rectified, however it didn’t excuse what he did.

Yeah i agree with the first bit, not attempted murder at all, should be intent to commit grievous bodily harm, or whatever the American version of this is, because He tried to damage what was at the time part of her body. And she did chose to have sex, but so do a lot of people, maybe it is her fault to be in that situation, but given there is an out available, it should ultimately be her choice whether she uses it. A problem with saying “abortions, but only if you were raped” is that you’ll get…

You’re almost there, but personally, and most experts agree, it isn’t actually considered a baby until 24 weeks, and before that it’s just a few cells. It’s a very hard area to navigate, but I believe it’s ultimately the woman’s choice because she has to carry and conceive the baby. There is a fundamental difference between drugging yourself to stop you having a baby to help it (if it wouldn’t have had a good life), and drugging someone else to kill part of them without their knowledge.

Both options are brave hard options, but sometimes the hardest option is the abortion, but it is the best option, so in that sense I’d say it was brave. But obviously in a perfect world no one would need abortions cause no one would get pregnant accidentally, but we don’t live in a perfect world :(

I’m a right wing guy, however I am completely pro choice, up to 24 weeks that is not a baby it is a foetus, and should be treated as such. So, he should not be put up on attempted murder, but rather he should be put up as assault or attempt at grievous bodily harm or whatever it is called because he is drugging someone without their knowledge to kill part of them.

While I disagree with attempted murder charges. The woman should ultimately have the choice, because it is her body, there is a difference between drugging someone without their knowledge to kill the foetus, that would go on to become a healthy baby, and killing the foetus with the persons consent, before it becomes a healthy baby. So no it shouldn’t be a pussy pass

Abortion is not wrong, it is choosing to not put the mother and father through pain and to not bring a baby into the world when it will not be in a good place. A foetus shouldn’t be considered a baby until a certain point(I need to check when) and after that it is illegal to abort it. The real issue is the fact that the father Tried to drug her without her knowledge

He shouldn’t be getting charged with murder because obviously the foetus is not alive yet, however, I believe that getting an abortion is brave, it’s a big decision to make, ultimately not having that child, and it requires a strong will to do that, and it is the woman who’s body it is who has to carry this foetus. Don’t understand how his has anything to do with pussy pass though.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
