Has anyone got any tips for maintaining a strong frame when you are feeling tired/ ill or suffering from brain fog? That does help a lot, which is why I go for a walk each lunch break. But still there’s a lot of times in between walks etc when I find it hard. | /r/askTRP | 17/01/19 06:08 PM

Has anyone got any tips for maintaining a strong frame when you are feeling tired/ ill or suffering from brain fog?Nope. Is there something you’d look out for in particular? If it’s any help, I’d say my moods are pretty stable and I have good overall drive. It’s just a tiredness that comes from work and not being able to act like a normal human being when someone talks to me in the midst of it. This makes me more vulnerable to passive aggressiveness/ assertiveness from others etc. But when I’m recharged I can dismiss these types of behaviours/ comments from others. | /r/askTRP | 17/01/19 12:49 PM
Has anyone got any tips for maintaining a strong frame when you are feeling tired/ ill or suffering from brain fog?Vegetarian for 2 years. Recently turned vegan. I do karate for 2-3 hours a week with a couple of gym sessions. Also walk on average 10,000 steps a day. Note: I’ve had this issue for years even when I was a meat eater (just pre-emoting the vegan bashing responses haha). | /r/askTRP | 17/01/19 12:45 PM

Has anyone got any tips for maintaining a strong frame when you are feeling tired/ ill or suffering from brain fog?I get 8 hours a night. I’d say my sleep routine is pretty great tbf. But a day of computer work definitely takes the edge off my mind more than others. I think it’s just down to my inner wiring, but some helpful frame tips may be able to improve things for people like me. | /r/askTRP | 17/01/19 09:53 AM
Has anyone got any tips for maintaining a strong frame when you are feeling tired/ ill or suffering from brain fog?If it’s a conversation amongst a group of people like at a lunch break then yes I’d say so. The problem I’m facing is when it’s a one on one or a meeting where you can’t leave. Also I’m not sure whether walking away all the time would work as it would just make me look moody and unable to take a joke. | /r/askTRP | 17/01/19 08:33 AM
