She obviously wants attention but probably not from you unless she’s playing games or playing hard to get. And if that’s the case, I would forget about her and move on. 1	It's too late I think you should leave it as it is. It’s obvious that she only wants to remain friends especially since she hasn’t reciprocated the same sentiments you feel about her in a long time.
