The more attractive a person is, the more likely they are to think they "rate higher" than you and as a result, they may only care about getting themselves off. Definitely a lot easier for an attractive guy vs an attractive girl since it's so easy for guys to climax compared to girls. But I would say the majority of women don't put as much effort into sex as men do (some just lay there). Well personally it depends on how much she shows she wants to pay the bill. If she is really set on it, I have no problem letting her pay.
