She put it with the rest of her adult pay videos and just captioned it "Won't put on my pantiws" without revealing at all that she was 3. Likely everyone that bought the pic had no clue they just bought child porn but can still technically be charged for it. She ruined lots of lives if they go after all the buyers, so hopefully they just go after her or at least go speak to the buyers and vet them a little first. She should be charged with another crime too if it exists for tricking somebody to …

Because in the article it said she wanted him to buy her a 5 million dollar mansion and his response was telling her to get a job, implying she doesn't have one and can't afford something like this on her own. I never heard of the woman so had no clue she was on reality TV or anything so figured it was a safe bet she didn't have the finances to maintain an 88 acre property worth 5 mil. I also figured if she was rich enough to afford that and wanted it so bad, she could have bought it herself but…

How the hell does she expect to pay the property taxes on a 5 million dollar house without a rich husband or lucrative job? Where I live, it would cost $11,500 a month (two semi-annual payments of $69k) just to continue owning a 5 million dollar house without the government seizing it for lack of paying property taxes. If she doesn't have it worked out that he's also paying the taxes in perpetuity she's likely screwed Edit: based on the article's itself I thought she didn't have a job

For some reason, people equate using the correct terminology with defending pedophilia, as if you're trying to make what happened sound less bad by using the correct term for it. It's not uncommon to get called a pedophile on Reddit for even using the word ephebophile

It is crazy how many young folks nowadays are starting to become against our right to freedom of speech. There's tons of others like this person who feel that beliefs they find offensive should be flat out banned and not allowed to be voiced at all without realizing the implications of going that route. Once you start denying the right to voice any opinion then any opinion being banned is at risk. The same stuff happens in the court system where some sick person will get away with something beca…

It's either a deliberate effort to get her off on the charges or they are confident enough they have a case. Either the prosecutor is willing to take a hit in their stats for a cop or they are confident they have enough on this case to get a murder conviction

I got a ticket for 96 in a 65 years ago in Ohio and all I got was a ticket for it. It helped that it was 3am on a pretty much empty expressway with good weather though. Would probably get arrested on the spot for doing that during rush hour though.

You said (or it at least sure looked like it) that violating probation allows the judge to make your jail sentence longer after you violate it so I just explained that they can't add time to your jail sentence after already sentencing you and then went into great detail about how sentencing and probation works for the majority of people that will read this and have no clue. Quick example of what I said, you can't get sentenced to 120 days in jail with 120 suspended for a drug offense and then ha…

When I say opt I mean they ask the judge to just serve their sentence. As you can see in the article, they (the judge) don't have to allow this. I also clarified after that she is opting to do this by purposefully violating, not that she is just choosing to and the judge has to allow it. Did you really have to to pick one sentence I said and declare everything not true because it was unclear though? Give me a break here, I'm literally on mobile typing out this huge thing and it's hard as hell to…

I think you may be misinterpreting how the in and out of jail and probation cycle works. That is definitely not legal to do. Once you run out of your jail days you are just free and there's nothing they can do about it. You get sentenced as "x days in jail, x days suspended (held over your head)" and the possible x days suspended are what motivates you to do your probation because you can be sentenced to that many for violating it. Right after sentencing you serve x days in jail - x suspended th…

To cuckold someone is to have sex with their wife. You basically just said you're not gonna let a man that only wants to be with you for your money have sex with your wife. You made it sound like your wife is gonna be a beard, lol.

He presumably left everything to his kids and she argued to the judge that since she's their mother it should actually be hers, at least that is what the article said. Putting the estate into a trust or something may have been a better idea though.

The judge literally gave her control of his estate when he died, which surely was against his wishes. Even after being fully divorced she was able to convince the judge to fuck him one last time.

That is a theory that some people have. However, his body was never found and the case is still unsolved to this day. :( It is possible that happened though, as there are some suspicious circumstances behind the story. I've read theories ranging from his brother killed him to the whole family killed him in a conspiracy. The guy was a great impersonator though and was great at conning people. This was only the first of his impressions that he ended up doing. The kid has also ran away from home be…

It's pretty much ingrained in us to stick up for our family and also to be blinded by our love for them. I'm not really surprised people have such a hard time with this stuff and convince themselves the person is innocent. There was a family in the US whose child disappeared and another boy came to the country from France 3 years later and impersonated their child. He looked nothing like their kid, with different hair, eye color, and a French accent, but they wanted him back so much that they st…

4.5% of males aged 16 and 17 were raped in prisons and 4.7% in jails. The percentage statistic is seperate of the 216,000 total for estimated total rapes and is just a percentage of the underaged getting raped. They included two separate parts of an issue in there.

It's called a downvote. You just wrote that 3 minutes ago and haven't even had time to get a downvote yet. Guessing you added the edit in the original as a plan to show off your "justice" and look cool in front of people in another place that will support you.

I have kind of gotten the vibe that this subreddit is actually about posting videos of women getting physically beat on or treated harshly for any reason. It is like /r/pcmasterrace without the satire. I can see that I obviously don't belong here and will unsubscribe promptly. ;)

You really think that this is the only way to get an uncooperative weak aging person out of a vehicle? Seriously, minus having a gun, what threat does this person hold against the officer?

The American public is so used to this kind of thing happening that I I'll probably get downvoted for this comment. It kind of shows you how messed up things are here. If the person is not killed by the police then the "perpetrator" absolutely deserved what happened and it's considered justice. This is why you will see instances where someone is strangled to death by a cop under suspicion of selling cigs untaxed and some people will say "this wouldn't have happened if he didn't break the law!"

I can't help but think dragging an old lady out of her car onto the pavement could have been prevented. Sure she was being a bitch, but how easily could that officer have waited for backup or approached the situation a little lighter? I'm not intending this to look like I am defending someone because of their gender, I am absolutely defending them because this situation didn't need to be handled in this manner. It doesn't matter that she was uncooperative or that she hassled the officer, it matt…

It's not really exciting. It's not like the school actually has a big history of students doing horrible things. It is a very new building and looks nice. It is the furthest west of any high school in Toledo so it's competing with all the suburb schools that have excellent ratings and high achievements. The closest high school to it has a rating of "Excellent with distinction". The general area of Rogers is just bad compared to surrounding areas. I should have said that I'm not surprised that in…

This happened to my cousin. His daughter was the life of our family get togethers and everybody adored her. Shortly after turning 1 the father tried to file for custody and the girl informed him that will never work because surprise you're not the father. DNA tests ended up proving she was right. The "grandma" was so attached that she still spends time with the granddaughter that's not hers.
