This is exactly what happened to my ex. His accuser had even done it to two other men before him and had restraining orders against her. They didn't care. He was also Hispanic and the prosecutor, Kaleigh Jenkins, was a racist piece of shit who's also done this to other Hispanic defendants and innocent men. One "victim" even wrote her a letter saying that a defendant that she was prosecuting against was innocent, she went ahead with the case and concealed that fact from the court.. Her name and p…

This exactly! The attorney told him not to worry because she had done this before.. The woman who accused my ex had done it multiple times before and he still got bullied into a plea agreement for probation... With the evidence there, you may not go to prison, but the court won't drop it. They'll just make you register as a sex offender for life on probation.. The ones who can get the cases actually dropped are the very few and the very far in between. Even the probation department said, well th…

I think more so the officer was a male feminist bribing young children with candy to say they were molested

Of course he's Hispanic!! This is an ongoing issue for Hispanic men! Absolutely NO evidence or even evidence that the accuser is LYiNG and that they are innocent and the system STILL prosecutes them. It happened to my ex! It's fucked!!

I completely agree with you on both issues. Men's and women's rights don't have to be mutually exclusive. Both sides should be treated fairly and equally and double standards going either way are absolute BS.

It was complete bullshit!! I'm going after that prosecutor with everything that I've got too! I write letters to opposing council for every case that she handles. One big one was recently granted an appeal on basis of discrimination due to evidence I sent. I'm going to ruin that woman's career for the rest of her life, in fact, I'm making it my own career and hobby to do so.. Fuck that incompetent as shit prosecutor.. Edit: Excuse me while I go spit some nails..

Seriously it's fucking straight horsehit! The probation system is a fucking joke, and you see a sex offender who's out, flip a damn coin if they were actually guilty..

One in 20 people or five percent of people in jail or prison are innocent due to cases where there was reasonable doubt. However after further research, and just taking the cases that involved SA, the reasonable doubt on those cases sky rocketed to one in five.. now those are the people currently incarcerated.. if you take the sex offenders currently on probation who haven't gone to jail/prison due to a bullshit plea agreement, flip a damn coin.. yeah, it's really that bad.. I'm currently in sch…

Right, punish the addict, not the dealer essentially... Unless it's a prepubescent child, but then the kid's been put up to it by someone and that party needs to be punished even more than anyone who's buying..

I'm so sorry! I would start working on an appeal and the integrity unit is shit, but still make a complaint through them so it's documented. It's ridiculous how the one who accused my ex said he was choking her while facing her and raping her from behind at THE SAME TIME!! It's just beyond ridiculous how corrupt the justice system is with this. Men have absolutely no rights in cases like these. Any rights that they would normally have are altered "to prevent stress on the victim" but if she's ly…

As a woman who does support men's rights. I got into it because my ex was falsely accused of rape and then forced into a bullshit plea agreement because his own attorney told him that he would not get a fair trial because of his race. I guess for me, I just didn't know actually how bad it was before we got together. Even though we are no longer together now, what happened to him was awful and wrong and should never happen to anyone, and I am still a supporter of men's rights especially involving…

I agree that there needs to be a database. Five years before we met, my fiance had a one night stand with a woman who cheated on her boyfriend. So that she could then go home, she called and reported that she had been raped. It was ridiculous. She said that my fiance was facing her choking her while at the same time she was on her stomach on the bed in HIS motel room, while he was behind her raping her.. Literally, physically impossible. Unfortunately, this happened in Arizona, where the prosecu…

My husband was wrongfully convicted of sexual assault. Before we met, he had a one night stand with a woman at a motel. She cheated on her boyfriend with him, then she made a false allegation of rape as an alibi for infidelity, after being told by her boyfriend to file a police report or don't come home. Five years later, after meeting me and starting to build a life together, he's picked up by us Marshall's. Because we were living in housing through the VA, even though I was 5 months pregnant a…
