1	I was banned from /r/feminism for suggesting that Anne Hathoway could have prevented the pantie-less fiasco by wearing panties. Suggesting Anne Hathaway should've worn panties is like saying someone should've worn a bullet proof vest to avoid dying when they got shot. Or that a man with long hair could have avoid an asshole pulling his hair by cutting his hair short. The second is a better example because some women are more comfortable not wearing panties, and some men are more comfortable having long hair. The FBI has said that approximately 2% of reported rapes are false reports. I don't think your reformulated advice will really help any women to avoid getting raped.
