You called it "Totally hypocritical" for her to complain about non-consensual touching when this picture provides evidence that she participated in touching which may or may not have been consensual. You go on to say "Robins letting her grab his penis for a joke makes her position even more hypocritical." Please explain how it's "even more hypocritical" to complain about non-consensual touching if Robin Williams consented to what we seen in the picture.

if Williams hadn't consented and was still alive, she'd be looking at a sexual assault charge all day. Aha, so you do understand that lack of consent makes the difference between something being sexual harassment or not.

There are still a few states in the US where it is covered by the state, and I believe the NIH in the UK doesn't cover it, but it once did. Private insurance in the US is also a mix - some pay for it, some don't.
