I don’t know that I’d call targeted marketing “unconstitutional discrimination”. Virtually all marketing is targeted to one demographic or another. An ad targeting women for an education program isn’t “unconstitutional discrimination”. An education program that won’t allow me to enroll because I’m a man is.

Not saying I agree with her, but she said before 33. I’d be willing to bet that her opinion is the opposite of yours - that men aren’t mature enough, rich enough, stable enough, whatever the case, until 33 and THEN they’re “worth the trouble”.
