I don't understand how pointing out the flaws in these mysoginist ideas Is not helpful for people who want to get out? Also yes, redpill subscribes to all the ideas Op wrote out.

Why do you think pointing out the flaws of the redpill ideology is not of help to people who want to leave it? Maybe it's not helpful to you but i'm sure it will be to someone else here, no Need to invalidate Op's effort at all

Women can be abusive too, don't be afraid of stepping away if you feel that's what's happening

Unfortunately no gender has a Monopoly on assholes. If i were you i'd consider if I want to stay in the relationship. Now, obviously i'm very against redpill and similar values, but I'll try to be unbiased, maybe you have a higher tolerance for what they preach and are more traditionalist so you can accept their worldview. The thing Is, if your girlfriend believes in the redpill She has in her mind a template of what a man should be (think macho Man) and what gender roles must be enforced (think…

I mean, it's a toxic and hateful ideology, and probabily she Is a self-hating woman that Is going to put incredibily toxic expectation on her partner, but i don't know why She would accept my opinion, i'm a person on the internet lol

Personally i distance myself from whoever endorses that ideology, male or female makes no difference.

We have different approaches, i think it's valuable both to provide understanding and tough love to someone who's struggling

I know, but when you are inside one of these relationships is not easy to get to that point Just like that. I don't want him to feel judged if It takes him some time.

Your girlfriend Is abusive. I know it's not Easy, but you should start considering leaving.

I think it varies from person to person, i know many people that prefer to have a deep bond with their partner and love to nurture their relationship, and many others that prefer the feeling of the "Chase", the flirting, the honeymoon phase, etc...i've never felt It was a gender issue, just a personality one.

So close and yet so far. You say we're not all the same and then you attribuite the differeces each person has to their gender. You're free to have your opinion, but It Is really reductive. Don't you think there are man that value monogamy over having as many partners as possible?

So maturing is exchanging a creator for another more grifting one? Lol, get a brain for yourself, mature is the last world I would use to describe someone who writes the bullshit you do. Leave me alone now, I don't like wasting my time with people who don't even listen and just want to whine and be pitied.
/r/ExRedPill07/08/22 02:22 PM

Then keep considering yourself a victim and crying about it. You don't want to listen and you don't want to take any responsibility for your life, I'm done wasting my time.

I really didn't need you trying to prove to me who gets it worse and this makes me understand you're not listening to what I'm saying. I'm sorry you live in a county that makes your life more challenging than it should be. I hope the fights that activists (feminists included) are leading in this sense will help make it better in your lifetime. Cut your internet usage and try to develop your critical thinking skills would be my advice (does not apply just to you, we all can use this, I'm constant…

I cannot speak on your specific cultural situation because I am not American and I'm not a minority, but I 'm sorry for what you went through, and from the outside if seems like your country is going through a moment of extreme polarization where people are unable to have civil discussions and turn everything into a sensationalised fight. In my country it's not much better. I can assure you that there are women who could write the same thing you just did just swapping the genders and some of the…

I know this current boyfriend didn't go through this because we talk about our ideals, values and morals. We communicate effectively and both him and I would notice if the other one was espousing the kind of content that generalizes people based on their genitals, which we both find extremely childish. I would not accept anything less from a relationship, even friendships. If you don't consider me your peer and don't afford me the courtesy of not slapping stereotypes from my gender to my identit…

I disagree. If my boyfriend started to consume and agreeing with extremely mysoginistic content I would immediately leave, I hope he would do the same if I started consuming and agreeing with misandrist content. I don't know why I should stay with someone who has no problem entertaining the ideas pushed by the redpill, if he wanted to take it as "proving the point" he would be free to do it, but by that point it wouldn't be my problem anymore. The best I could do would be offer friendship and su…

So from your response it seems to me you are very emotionally intelligent (at least my definition), and I think the fact you have doubts about being a good listener or not show that you care and are self aware (I related very much to what you wrote). It 's also normal to want to be reciprocated! I'd say that there's certainly people that value those qualities much more than traditional smartness!
/r/ExRedPill05/08/22 12:16 PM
2

So what I meant by it is how well do you connect with people? Are you supportive? Are you a good listener? Can you put yourself in other people shoes and understand their point of view?
/r/ExRedPill05/08/22 10:47 AM
4

How "emotionally intelligent" would you say you are? I think there's a lot of people who value that over being academically/scientifically smart

Or immediately cut the person that still uses this tired analogy out of your life. No losses there. You don't need to make yourself dumb to step to their level, I promise.

Unfortunately I only know a couple ones based in Europe (between EU countries), but I have met a lot of people working at hostel receptions, picking apples, doing seasonal work in order to self sustain while traveling and they all had positive experiences. Another thing is au pair work, especially in non English speaking countries, because parents want their kid to start learning the language very young. Sorry if it's not super helpful...

Don't discard the suggestion to live abroad for a period of time tho, it's always mind opening in so many different ways, and inevitably offers different perspectives!

I always had low self esteem and can relate to always feeling less than the people you surround yourself with. Fortunately I came in contact with the alpha/beta terminologies when I was already grown up and formed some semblance of critical thinking. Drop it. Humans don't neatly fit in categories, it's like a Redpill horoscope. Even the wolf study that it was based on was debunked if I am not wrong. Try to figure out where your insecurity comes from and even if solving it may be impossible at le…

I consider myself a feminist but I have to say I distanced myself from the online discourse because it became a circlejerk too focused on victimhood and less on pragmatic effective action. The movement got also fagocitated by corporations (and -i suppose- paid thought leaders) that made it at the same time "sanitized" and focused on battles that can be of a certain importance (but usually are presented in a way that will generate controversy, and consequently engagement) but are never structural…

But that it's not taking responsibility, I don't know how to say it in English, but it's like deviating from what responsibility actually is and fabricating a responsibility that only exist in their minds.
/r/ExRedPill25/07/22 01:14 PM

Considering not lifting and not being alpha as shortcomings is already incredibly stupid and also paints the idea that women are a hivemind that will only go for buff cavemen. There's a subset of women who prefer that, but it's just a percentage. Basing an ideology on wanting to get into this subset of women panties and then spewing mysoginism when they get rejected is honestly pathetic and not that far from incels.

Read what the troll you 're agreeing with is commenting about biological roles and basically how women belong in the kitchen to paraphrase, then we'll talk about who's ridiculous. His write up is a bunch of ridiculous sexist stereotypes which is obviously rage bait. If you like traditional roles good for you, but to praise this text that makes such embarassing and sweeping generalisations just screams "I'm a sexist and I want you to behave according to what genitals you have."

Wow. Are trolls like this allowed in this sub? I thought it was supposed to be serious. And to the people agreeing in the comments...I'm so sorry for your mental state.

I don't think that's true. It's undeniable tho that being depressed makes everything harder in general. And being in a relationship won't make it better (I say this from experience), it will open a whole other can of problems. I don't want to sound bleak tho. I dealt with mental health problems and while doing so I was single for about 3-4 years and I tried to focus on stuff that made me feel like I had something to do that made me satisfied without needing the imput of other people, and then af…

That said, I think it's important to learn how to express your negative emotions in a "healthy" way. I don't mean suppress them, or make them "pretty", but often when we are in that vulnerable state we tend to not pay attention to the worlds we use and if we are hurting other people, so that is an advice in general both for men and women

I don't know, my boyfriend often gets angry when he's frustrated and he suffers from depression, yet here I am with him for 7+ years, even if I have to "keep his emotions" at bay. Am I a saint? I don't think so, he helps me with my anxiety and insecurity in return and he has a lot of other qualities. Are we an exception? I don't think so, since most of my friends are in relationships with very flawed people and are flawed themselves. I think you want to convince yourself that women are more bidi…

Would you be happy to spend most of your time with an angry, insecure, sad woman? Also, do you think 50% of the global population would react in the same way to these emotions?

I also just noticed that it's not only the back, in the second picture she also has one leg more open, which kinda pushes her glutes together making the skin less distended, if it makes sense. My guess is, in a normal position she wouldn't look as perfect as in the first picture, but way better than the second, they are bot "strategic" poses
/r/ExRedPill18/02/22 04:25 PM

You can try it on yourself, stand in front of a mirror and try to pose with your back arched outwards and then inwards, it's kind of funny
/r/ExRedPill18/02/22 02:27 PM

Not exactly but if you notice in the first picture she's arching her back slightly and it makes both her belly and her thighs's skin more stretched, while in the second picure her back is arched in the other way so it has the opposite effect. Kind of like when you sit very straight your belly looks flat but if you stay curved you get rolls. As far as cellulitis goes I think it's more frequent in women but men can get it too, I am no expert but as far as I understood there's something we usually …

Maybe it's a bit photoshopped, but what happens in general is depending on the pose you are taking your skin can be more or less in tension. So if it's more tense it will look less "crumpled". Same thing that happens with the belly more or less. (I don't know if I used the right words, English is not my first language...maybe stretched instead of tense?) What she has doesn't look like proper cellulitis...I don't know how it's called in English but basically "localized adiposity" which gets calle…

When did I say I care for you? I don't. I told you you are an hypocrite because you ask for empathy and in the next sentence describe chubby women as subhumans, comparing them to hell. Pity for me but not for thee? Look in the mirror dude.

Wow... it's always fascinating to see self-described empathetic people refer to other people as less then human because they don't fit their ideal of beauty. I feel sorry for any chubby woman that should fall for you, she'd for sure be going towards hell...

In my experience no. To be more nuanced, I'm sure there are some women, and men, that base their personality only on being pretty/handsome, and that kind of person will probably have some kind of existential crisis when they lose their main source of pride. But I really don't think it's a "woman thing"...more of a "vain person thing"

Why does women being attracted to strong men equates to submission?
