They seem to be a violation of the Terms Of Service, maybe reddit banned them, I dunno. This is interesting as the official Reddit REST API exposes some moderation features. This could quite easily be used to make an admin-bot of some kind. We could make smarter algorithms to take into account some of your concerns. Is there no way you can setup a script to automatically send all posts beginning with "how do I" to the spam filter? I've never been a Reddit admin, so I don't know, but if the Reddit API supports admin interactions. I'd be happy to help by (making an attempt at) writing said script.

I've watched a bit of SimplePickup (SP). And I did notice that MM puts a lot more of an emphasis on indirect work and SP puts more emphasis on a more direct approach. I'm new to all of this so I suppose in time i'll work out which method I prefer.

In fairness there is that point around the 2 pint (UK) mark where you are literally better at everything. After that everything goes down hill very quickly. I wouldn't discount the affects of alcohol completely.
