I feel it is unlikely in the UK, lesbians campaigned for same sex marriage then they campaigned for the right for both women go on a child's birth certificate. For a judge to overrule that for legally married lesbians would cause a small shockwave within their community. I have started families with 3 married lesbian couples, they send me photos and updates on social media but I have not seen them in person yet. I'm sure I will at some point but access is obviously at the discretion of the children's legal parents.
