FDS helped me cut not only low value women, but to let go of low value friends. It was a pretty big overhaul. I started therapy to stop being a people pleaser and learning to be assertive and standing up for myself. Slowly building myself up and changing every day. Thank you ladies ☺️

I really wish I didn’t read that meme. I feel gross just reading it. If you say to your partner, I need a cuddle, he should open his arm, especially after sex. I feel sorry for her that her self-worth is so low, and she doesn’t see it.
