I would not compare smoking weed to verbally disrespect someone but whatever.

What a sheep mentality. “Oh you have bullshit law? Just follow that bullshit law then.”

He didn’t say he believe that.

I don’t see where he said that sexual assault is exclusively male. Research and studies you read may say so but the parent commenter did not.

He is contradicting the "50% woman" part. Just because he is agreeing the the current system is sexist, doesn't mean that he agree that her imagination is not sexist.

He said the latter, except he didn't agree with her because he thought her idea was sexist as well. Your argument that "considering it was posted in pussypassdeny, it can't be the latter" doesn't make sense. Because Tyson cant control where people will post his tweet. If I post this in /r/aww, does that suddenly change Tyson's intention?

Except he didn't say that.

Could be. Do you think among 200 millions man in the USA, there's not enough competent ones to fill the whole congress. Election is competition, and there's only one spot for each winning position. There's no pair of half-elected representatives.

He didn't make that claim at all. He made no claim about current situation.

She didn't say "more women", she said "50% woman".

So she tweeted this by having in her mind that only the same amount could get done?
/r/PussyPassDenied04/08/17 12:27 PM

No. He wasn't saying that. He only said why not imagine the right thing, that people are picked by there qualification. He didn't say that the current situation wasn't sexist. He only said that what she wanted was sexist as well.

I don't know if you actually want proportionally represented congress. There are more stupid people than intelligence people. There are lots of people who don't believe in sciences. Do you really want proportionally representation of that?

It exists. But you can't say that it will not exist only when 50% of woman are in congress.

Where in tweet was the word "reproductive and abortion rights"?

Do you believe whatever he claim?
/r/PussyPassDenied04/08/17 12:14 PM

I can't be sure. So I don't assume either ways.
/r/PussyPassDenied04/08/17 12:13 PM

was she saying that, in that imagination, it will be just the same amount of things getting done?

There is value in having a qualified woman there. There is no value in having incomplete woman in that position, it might even hurt women as a whole to have incompetent in such position.

How do you know? We can't know for sure if women is equally good at elected position.

Why don't the woman put it up for me? If they touch it once to put it down, then they have to put it up as well.

It's not worse job. It just paid less. More men are in janitor and sewage works. Do you think that is better job? More men are in more dangerous job and dies more from he job as well. Do you think that that is "better"?

To be sexist, their gender may biologically make them interest in more non-STEM fields of work. But that is not the market's problem. Because the market doesn't actively make such fields of job paying less just because they want to hurt women. The problem may be that society discourage women from going into STEM fields. But everyone gets discouraged all the time. Gravity discouraged the Wright brothers.

Secondly. What if I didn't bring my car there, but I break and steal a car to drive once I'm drunk? Does that mean that I cannot be convicted for any of that because I don't have those intent, both stealing car and DUI, before I drink alcohol?
/r/MensRights23/07/15 03:24 AM
1

Knowing the affect of alcohol is still your responsibility. So if you plan to deny sex but then act in a way that destroy your plan, you acted in a way that destroys that plan. So drunk people can't be raped. Because they knowingly remove their plan to not be raped.
/r/MensRights23/07/15 03:20 AM

If someone cannot confirm or deny they raped someone is it fair to then take the side of someone who can confirm it happened to them? No. This person wasn't convicted, he was expelled. So he was punished despite not being convicted. That is wrong.

If you start drinking without having a ride home, that was the point of intent. Or I could intend to call my friend to pick me up and leave the car there. However, being intoxicate makes it impossible for me to follow through with the original plan.

The point is: Don't be in the stance of "better put hundreds innocents in jail than letting one criminal walk free". If you can't provide the evidence then the person should not be convicted.
/r/MensRights22/07/15 09:26 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
