1	Pay gap explanation by Vox Because this is an issue of individual rights, not collective rights of a family unit. –	Pay gap explanation by Vox I'm going to have to disagree. The author makes the argument that this hours-worked gap stems from women taking time off for their children in their 20s and 30s. This is not necessarily discriminatory, but largely societal. However, one policy that could decrease the hours-worked gap would be paid maternal and paternal leave, allowing fathers and mothers to be on equal (legal) footing with regard to taking time off to care for their kids. 18	Because of the recent confession bear claiming that women get paid less than men for the same job, I think it's important for everyone to know it isn't true. - [4:00] (found in /r/videos) I would really recommend more videos by that channel, LearnLiberty.
