Bout fucking time. I just found this sub. And this post alone shows me this is another "equality matters more than results" subs. I just want results. But no one wants to stereotype or profile. Motherfucker you better if the greater good is at stake. Like I give a fuck about a 99 to 1 ratio in any field. If its succesful then fuck it. Why fix what isn't broken. Keep in mind our world as a whole and its governments could be considered broken.

I don't give a shit if they hire 3 year olds and iguanas. If they are doing a great job. Fuck it. We complain about our governments screwing us over all the time. Now its "well our government doesn't look a certain way". As long as they do a great job this is the dumbest shit to complain about. If they are not doing a good job and continue to do a bad job. We need to pursue better qualified people. If they continue to ignore men who are qualified and keep doing a BAD job then let's complain. But…
