| 5 | How do you respond to "that's not what real feminism is about..." ?It's called the "No True Scottsman" fallacy. The qualitative requirements for belonging to any faction or group are so ambiguous that it is impossible to say who is and who isn't. There are extreme voices in the movement, and we cannot say that they aren't "real" MRA's unless you can definitively say what an MRA is. Same with Feminists, Christians, Pacifists, Libertarians etc. I suggest bringing this up to them.
