There are plenty of ways women say "yes" non-verbally. In fact, OP described several in detail. Asking a woman "do you consent to me inserting my penis in your vagina?" in the heat of the moment will at best, confuse her (if her english isn't great), and at worst, kill the mood entirely. If she later decides to press charges, you can't prove you asked for consent anyway, unless you secretly recorded it, which is also illegal. Why bother with that garbage? Just go with the non-verbal cues.

The health benefits from circumcision are old wives' tales propagated to justify a barbaric religious tradition. If you're filthy enough to let your uncircumcised penis get fucked up from UTIs, bacteria, smegma, etc, you probably wouldn't fare much better with a circumcised one. Meh, even with that extra bit of skin, I don't think I'd appreciate sex much more than I already do now. I'd probably be used to having foreskin, just as I'm used to not having it now. It's not like I'd be walking around, remembering sex, and saying to myself, "man, it was so much better when I had foreskin!".

"Life altering"? I honestly have no plans to circumcise my son, but I am circumcised, and I'm pretty sure it hasn't altered my life much. It isn't like selling a kidney, because kidneys are vital organs. Foreskin isn't vital. I love how everyone here acts so principled about this. I wonder what you'd really do when faced with the choice between a useless piece of skin or $100K.

Sure it's legal, as it should be. A workplace should be able to set its own policy. If it bothers you to the point of quitting, you are free to talk to your employer about it, or simply quit. Think of it as if your employer assigned you a particular task, but didn't assign it to a co-worker. This happens all the time based on gender. For example, when you go to strip club (assuming you're a hetero male), who would you rather watch perform? The female dancers, or the bodyguards?
