If you’re talking building then yes. But I’ve seen plenty of women working on road construction, but they usually hold signs and things like that.

Construction pays well for a reason. It’s dangerous and difficult. Low paying desk jobs are filled by people who can’t and/or don’t want to work construction because of the risks. Even if it would pay better.
