1	Life ending PPD. Just brutal but still PPD. I have been a police officer for 24 years with 2 different agencies in 2 different states..... Any law enforcement officer who has any level of training is taught that you shoot the largest part of the target available (standing in the street is center mass or poking the head out then it is the head). 2	Let's discuss "Border Patrols and PPD". I was irked by the "woman tazed by border control" - why do some (a few) of you think a woman standing up for her rights is PPD? Read the article linked here, the police are trying to say she assaulted them first [Article Linked in Comment] Everybody keeps quoting the Rodriguez decision, but there is one underlying fact that everyone keeps missing..... this was a Border Patrol checkpoint and your "rights" mean about zero at them.
