Set yourself up some small personal victories first. Simple, easy to reach goals. Those feelings of success will build up a positive feedback loop, you'll feel better about yourself, you'll hold frame more easily, and you'll find pitching game a lot easier. Not necessarily. I had a sponsor teacher whose mannerisms are definitely very Red Pill, and he is incredibly successful and respected by both colleagues and current & former students. Maintains frame at all times and doesn't take shit from anybody, be they parents, students, or administrators. He once told me that "consistently delivering excellent results makes you unassailable in this profession."
