2	Sales and Discipleship I respectfully disagree sir - I have done much public speaking in prisons in presenting Jesus and yes these skills help dramatically. I would agree with about conviction - I leave that to the Holy Spirit - I would encourage anyone who wants to present the gospel in an effective way to learn sales skills - it surly won’t hurt the cause. 2	Sales and Discipleship I would strongly agree with this post - been in sales for 20 plus years and many of the tools I learned in sales I apply in sharing the gospel. For example - using ppl names when talking to them - repeating important statements 3 times, mirroring body language and how to use open and closed end questions appropriately. Knowing how to LISTEN - most will tell you how to ‘sell’ to them by what they say and how they object.
