does age of child not factor into any of this? i can understand a newborn or toddler needing more mother time. but does this extend to teenagers as well? also at some point a person is able to spend time with who they choose. a child can choose to stay with one parent for more than whats 'allowed'. unless the ex is a real bitch about it
