I'm familiar with the it's not as easily falsifiable argument but that doesn't permit it not being a science. Compared to physics, even biology and chemistry seem less soenctific and more an area of subject. Simply put it uses the scientific method, and we collect data. I'll tell you what. Get a degree and come back to me. But until then I'll continue to study psychology. It field doesn't need to defend itself from some uneducated know it all because it's advanced. Oh a old theory doesn't hold up? Shocking. I'll let the data speak for itself, if you can read it
