Agree. We can have women in the military, but in positions where they are far from the harm and horrors of war. Hell, even guys can't handle that shit, that's why we have PTSD.

Every person on social media with a "flat stomach" is sucking it in for the shot. every single fucking one of them *the actual technique is a full, relaxed exhale and hold, it empties your lungs and allows your diaphragm to move up, making your stomach area flatter and muscles more defined. Plus, it looks more natural than sucking it in.
