You have bad reasoning. You're fabricating a stance from nothing but the lack of an inclusion in a statement.

The article pretty clearly states she was classed as a sex offender. I dont get what OP is upset about besides the obvious fact that shes a monster. But it looks like she was pretty co-operative with authorities in terms of her punishment. At least that's how the article paints it.

I'm not saying I'm not, I'm saying the person in the article isnt and thus the article isnt sexist.

Asking for straws isnt bad, climate change isnt a partisan issue. This person is not opposed to recess.

No school in my area has done that, and this person isnt advocating for abolition of recess. You're just grasping at straws.

This isnt really sexist, it's TRUE. Boys have more energy at these ages and find it harder to focus. This persons seems to be trying to find a solution to this issue.

I'd say beings model man or woman requires a lot of work. Women have to look pretty be the right height have a nice body be smart but not too smart (for some dudes) spend time on hair and make up, ect. And worst of all deal with periods birth and other women.

Minor and child are essentially equivalent as age of consent is age of adulthood. And your cited article is the exception not the law. Anyone can have power over another, yes. I honestly domt understand what's so hard for you to understand. Im mad at women which is why I dont understand how a minor can consent to sex? That makes zero sense. It kinda does. You're subconsciously mad that you never got any action. Yeah this is a strawman but I think it still holds true. Either way I think I'm done …

According to law yes. But according to understanding basic human nature, Children can consent. Its a out controlling who they consent with.

I honestly think you are not getting the argument because your an Intel and your mad at women. It's a child can in fact consent. However most children can not manipulate or be in a power position over another kid. And this doesnt mean that there cant be an age or power gap as an adult. As an adult your matured and thus understand those things. However a child doesnt and it's why they have age laws regarding to sex. Honestly just quit at this point you fuckin sad incel.

Hey I'm not accusing u of anything. Just letting u know. I still agree with your point tho.
/r/MensRights05/08/18 07:51 PM

Because once you reach adulthood you're able to decide for yourself when to put yourself in that position. A child (in most cases) can not have a position of power over another. The reason kids cant have sex with adults is because the kids are dumb and the adult is smart basically. The adult can manipulate and use the kid because they're impressionable. Kids are built to be impressionable that's why they learn faster than adults. Statutory rape laws are all about tak ik ng that into account. It'…

"That's not something a 14 year old would be doing" Yeah that's just not true. I lost my virginity around that age and got head for the first time when I was 13. Kids, especially teens who are in highschool (14 is 8th - 9th so a freshman) are 100% doing sexual things. Sorry to burst your bubble man.
