Married too young and too soon after dating. In retrospect, should have lived together for a year or so first.

I read once about a guy who put a sticky note on the underside of a toilet seat. Just a thought

Please take this down. It's a good point you're making, but it's garish to speak ill of the dead Edit: I hear what you're all saying, but I still disagree. Don't mind debating it, though

I'm not going to dogpile on what these guys are saying. I used to drink that much when I was in the service and most of my service buddies did. Here's why I stopped, your body produces most of its testosterone while you're asleep and it won't produce any when you're drunk. if you're regularly going to bed under the influence of alcohol, your body isn't producing as much testosterone as it could and you'll be weaker as a result.

Go and get a tractor tire from a tire shop for free. Put it in your backyard and flip it about 25 times a day.

I'll start by saying that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Losing money, or a house, or your job are all just temporary problems. If you think that those things will kill you, then you have no idea as yet of how resilient you truly can be. please believe in yourself and try to live your life as though you might have to start over in a new city tomorrow with nothing but the clothes on your back. work on being fit. Work on noticing your surroundings. Work on being knowledgeable abo…

If you're pretty sure that that's what people will pay, then it's not a bad idea. Before you go any further, though you should try to figure out what your cost will look like. The first thing is how much it will cost you to start it up. What will you need in order to get a commercial lease? What will you need in order to have enough supplies for your first couple of months of operations? Once you figured out your costs, you should figure out your variable cost per subscription. Once you've done …

Most people move up in percentiles over 19-19 years. By targeting guys 16-23, she's targeting low-income men and taking a gamble on the next 18-19 years of their income. This is basically an options spread

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
