All I can say it happens quite often, and your brother it will get worse if he defends himself. He should avoid the liar at all costs and stay low. I would research and meet with a lawyer just in case, if it starts to progress. You would be surprised the number of people in prison from false allegations on sexual assault charges.

It's a choice. I do think having a choice on setting next to another female or male is fine if you pick your own seat the reserves seat show the biological sex is fine.

I personnally think GenZ marriages will last longer because GenZ is slower to commit but when they do it tends to be for real.

Since we are men, we are considered oppressors by society and as a class cannot be discriminated against, only as individuals in certain circumstances. Because we are oppressors it is okay to be harassed. I unfortunately have resorted to try to stay behind the scenes so as not to become a target.

No. Even if you prove yourself innocent they will throw out the evidence. It's not just Princeton. It is nationwide.

In this case they usually prosecute the male which empowers the female more to abuse more male. I wouldn't believe it if I had not seen it on multiple occasions.

Unfortunately, this is true. Judges don't let defendants defend themselves and will always almost always side with the female unless the male is under 18. Evidence is not admissible in courts if it protect the guy. Usually, the DA takes the case for the women and is friends with the judge.

Many women have their guard up, so they don't allow themselves to fall in love as they get older because they have been burned in the past, so being in love takes time. I'm married through good times and bad. Sure my wife which I was different many ways. With that said for many divorced women money does become a big issue because one is looking for stability. If you are a women that is well off you don't want a leach, and if you are a women without money, you are looking for stability. I dated m…

For society where personal relationships vote against men, and loneliness are a big reason for suicide. Many men give up because they cannot see a road to success, and road to success for many is becoming more difficult.

1) She wants to get married right away 2) She want to have sex and says she is on birth control, and she not. 3) She wants control of the finances so you don't need to worry about it. 4) She is unwilling to work or volunteer 5) She doesn't let you out of her sight. To be honest women in many cases want a man not to be a financial and emotional drain on them. Make sure you find one that is willing to work, takes care of others, and doesn't complain and always blame others.

When the judge and DA know your innocent but put you away anyway there is little you can do. Any new evidence go back to them for them to deny. You are stuck, appeals are generally stamped in sexual abuse cases because no one will touch them.

They did not just banned abortions. The state banned abortions in 1864, Roe vs Wade changed it and Supreme Court said it is the states issue. It went back to the states and it went back to the current law on the books.

When you have seriously dated the person for at least a year and get over the lust phase, have had disagreements and resolved them. You better have met there family as well.

I can say this is true, as soon as you get a girlfriend and/or wife you become a lot more attractive. Other want what other women have. The attractiveness women have to taken men in my life seems to decline after the women get into their mid 30s. At this point they are probably still attracted but do not seek out relationships with taken men .

Of course. She got her tubes tied so they wouldn't be able to have more children. This way she could use sex as a tool of manipulation without having to worry about having kids. She was not thinking long term. A couple years later she wanted more to to life and resented her capability for trapping other men was reduced by not being able to get pregnant. My SIL is this way. She trapped him with pregnancy and my brother was stupid and married her. They had another kid, then she got her tubes tied because this way she could withold sex to get what she wanted. Later she wanted to leave him, but was mad at him because since her tubes were tied she could not entrap someone else.

Gosh yes. Read about Women Narcissism. My BIL didn't and was an empath, but now he is in prison for 54 years because of her and their manipulation on the legal system. There are definite ways to identify one by the 3rd or 4rth date. Definitely, don't have sex with one until you are able to identify, because entrapment and lying goes hand in hand with them.
/r/MensRights09/01/24 03:52 PM

Narcissists know no political bias. Most people dont really know what NPD is and just use a label. Problem is one with NPD will tell the other they are a narcissist as a deflection strategy.

My BIL used a public defender which was a big mistake. Many time judges will line up for conviction, so court is just a formality. My guess it wont go anywhere, and she is doing this for attention.

Quite frankly my BIL was falsely accused and doing prison time. False accusations are common. It would be good to talk to your parents and line up legal representation if needed. In the meantime, keep quiet at school and among friends because it is a lose lose situation if it comes out or you bad mouth the girl. After a couple months some one might be trying to build a case, but since you are under 18 probably not.

We've seen this happen. If you are on Medicaid for Dental it is quite common to get little or no coverage. The Medicaid coverage is terrible in many states. You can get Dental, but the care you get is likely subpar in many areas in the US.

Unfortunately, always believe women is rampant in the US Court System regardless of evidence. My BIL got 56 years on false accusations. Judges don't care even though they know you are innocent. I'm not saying there is not good and honest judges out there. But there seem to be just as many that are corrupt.
/r/MensRights18/12/23 09:46 PM

You may go to jail or prison depending on the story she makes up for the courts. Many judges go by the rules that women should always be believed, and evidence that you have otherwise might not be admissible in court. Please take things slow when you date.

I belive in equal rights for everyone individually. I also realize that giving certain rights to one class of people vs another builds an inbalance in rights and fairness. When we talk about womens rights or trans rights we are building division between people. We should be talking human rights.

I fully trust my wife of 30 years at least with the truth and honesty. As if I were to date in the future I would take it slow and not get physically involved and see how it goes. Any gaslighting I would be out. Any untruthfulness I would stop the relationship.

Counter Suing then becomes a Civil matter where you can sue the accuser for money. The issue would be does the accuser have money. Usually the accuser does not have money.

My wife doesn't gas light me and I don't her. However, I have been around women that do. Men want a relationship, and many women want to feel in control. If their parents gas light, them they will likely gas light. Women of this nature will look for men they can control which is usually men with a lower self-esteem. If she plays control games, it is better you stop the relationship and find someone who sees you for you.

What will you do instead? One of my kids is in the Military and thinking about making a career out of it. Just remember there are two ways to get in. One is to sign up, and one is to get drafted. If you sign up, you can test and get the position you want, or you can get drafted and likely start at the bottom. My Dad signed up and entered an officer, many of his friends did not, and were killed in action because they were drafted.

Most of time it is the full package that someone has to offer. Being short is okay for a lot of women if the man has other qualities. Same thing for men looking for women. When I was younger I had different requirements than I would now.

My BIL is in prison because of crazy manipulated woman which he married since she trapped him. A woman of good faith you can date just don't have sex at least a few months. Crazies will usually break before that time because they use sex as control. See how a woman you date treat other people and not you to see her true light.

Yes never take a plea deal if you are innocent. The judge and DA will likely convict you because they are usually in cahoots. The real issue if it was consensual sex and both individuals are of age, what if she changes her mind and a later says it is not consensual?

I'm in tech as well as a white guy in a public company. I can say that yes white guys have been discriminated against the longest. There are some changes happening slowly as new hires are primarily Asian and Indian. Industry is starting to notice a significant decline in white applicants. It varies on what you have to protect. If she has nothing and you have property and investments of value it is worth protecting. With this, it is worthwhile to keep all these accounts seperate with no post maritial money going into these accounts. All future money made should go into a joint account with her. Taylor is correct here, that women internalizes wrong or perceives wrong from men and internalizes it without discussing it and get it out in the open. They doubt themselves if they did something wrong. This happens in many relationships. Communication is key to the issue. Understanding this in your own relationship is important. Happened to my BIL. Once convicted they make the husband sign a POA so legal team can go after the wife for money. Wife takes the land and posessions and kids and it is all in her name and she has control. Husband is in prison and she now has money and can go date and trap another man. Once the man is in prison, the system is set up to keep them there. This is the reason why crimes surrounding false accusations and sentences are the longest in the industry.

So I live in a traditional family, and I work and the wife stays home and take care of the kids. There are women who want this as well, but the issue is many of the women just want to stay home and just have the man take care of them. I married a woman that works, networks, homeschools and does the work it takes. So if you are able to afford the traditional lifestyle, make sure you marry someone with ambition and a work ethic.

I don't think you are allowed to just lie flat. You would need to disappear, which means separate yourself from your current life and create a new life yourself. The family courts are all about money for the children. The 100% encourage and usually demand child support from Father's except where they have to pay ( i.e. Father is in prison ). It also moves to issues where it is up to the man who is on the birth certificate to also pay for child support. A child of 13 years old who was raped by an older women. When that child is 18 they have to pay child support as well.

All I can say it is close to impossible to fight this due to the laws and jurisdiction. Local family courts ( judges, DA, lawyers ) work closely with CPS so they cover each others back. Legally lawsuits are tied to local jurisdiction so you cannot legally take this to some place that is not fair. I have had that problem with my nieces on my wife side. Basically the Mom and that side of the family wouldn't really trust us and let the nieces with us. Courts are about assigning responsibility of a child to a connected person, because the child deserves a chance. It is all about child and not about what is right. If there are possessions that belong to him, and to you especially land and property a prenup is good to have. Date solidly for at least a year or long enough for the lust and infatuation to disappear for both couple. You need to be together long enough to see the person in their true light. Everyone has a definition of what is considered cheating. Some women feel that if their man talk to another women it is cheating. Some feel that if their man watches porn containing another woman it is cheating. If you read from r/divorce, you will see such examples. Many people justify that they are not a cheat so they make up a story to justify why they are not cheating. In this case having sex with someone who of the same sex they made in their mind as not cheating. Of course, many people on …

You need to hire a PI to see if they can locate her. If they can't you should be able to file in the local paper and then if she does not respond then you can proceed with an annulment. Yea. Basically the child support thing is something you will need to fight and then see if it is worth it to get it. Many women wont work so they dont have to pay it, but some courts will try and force payment. Regardless, she likely wont pay but this could put a nail in her trying to get the kids back. We are getting child support currently from a women who is not working. Quite frankly it keeps her in line and not cause is trouble is the reason we asked for it.

Well the reason why we dont have these tests at birth is because society wants a role a father on the birth certificate to make it real. Imagine if 10% of the births the husband or boyfriend found out the kid is not theirs. This would upset the apple cart in determining who the real father is. I suspect a family member in my house I might not be related. I love her still the same and dont want to find that we arent related.

It would be the same, he wouldn't be taken seriously or fluffed off. All I can say if it is between kids it is not taken seriously overall and the public schools don't deal with it because it happens all the time, and are not trained properly to deal with the issue. They either call police or shrug it off. If it is between 2 students, they rarely call police because both kids are supposedly in their care.

Their dad was falsely accused and is spending 50 years in prison, so was not there to protect them, partly because the school system believed the student without facts. Its both teen girls and teen boys. They need direction and have no place to turn. Schools do not really care. There are also many parents who neglect their kids due to their financial situation. The parents put themselves first and forget about their kids. We had to take 2 nieces into our home to help them through this struggle. It was not easy for us to get through the court system itself to make this happen. Society is set up currently not to help these kids.

Men must choose differently is a cop out. Men take many risks in becoming sexually involved, and there is too much expectations among women that men must provide a good life for women. I know this is not across the board for all women, many women want a loving relationship but only want the man to be able to be a partner, and not a pay check as well. It takes a lot and time to decipher this in a new relationship. Definitely, don't want to get trapped via sex too early.

In the case, where kids say anything to anyone and it comes back to the parent, the kids are more abused or beaten. Many kids will not talk. We did not know our nephew was abused because they would not say anything. They don't know who they can trust.

Very good advice and so true. Get a lawyer and work the system. If there is abuse to seems the parent is automatically not believed, so if a teacher or doctor raises abuse it is automatically investigated. Our nephew was abused and CPS basically never went to investigate the home or talk with the kids, and just takes the parents word for everything unless pushed. We had a tough time finding a lawyer to help take our case, claiming parents have all the rights and we don't.

Legal system is there to extract money over time. Most states will not allow change in custody status change for a whole year unless abuse can be proven, so keep documenting everything that happens in a journal. Yep. Life throws curve balls at everyone. I know many people who picked up their lives, moved for a job, bought a house and then was laid off. These things happen. Unfortunately, in life we all take risks, and many times it doesn't pay off. We get up and move on. Layoffs suck for all that are involved. I was given 30-day severance with 3 small kids and a stay at home wife, my sister gave me a couple thousand dollars to get through, made a little bit on the side helping people.

Problem with the law and rape, is that a law has to be black and white, so they say everything is rape as a side of caution. This is why looking up and down at a women or keeping eye contact is construed as sexual assault. From my experience there is 1/4 to a 1/3rd of the population where once there mind is made up on something and they believe it, they will not change their mind regardless of facts presented unless it affects them personally. Most feminists fit into this population.

Yes, if the woman fights for the children she normally will get them. However, women that are abused and husband takes control of the finances it can be difficult if you don't have the skills to fight, because the will to fight is gone.

Women are attracted to men who are self-sufficient, assertive, not dependent upon them emotionally, and aggressive in going out and getting what they want from life. These are the type of men that are arrogant, and have a higher percentage by base who will assault, because they don't care much about their mate other than to satisfy them. Women then label all men this way. Women then learn to be rigid and still go out but put up safeguards not to be taken advantage and have an inherent distrust i…

Stick to the points of suicide, number of women in college vs men, family court abuse of men, etc.. Stay away from oppression in the work place it cuts both ways. One can then target because of these things happening to men, many men stay away from being around women because they are looking to take advantage of them, monetarily, or control.

This is real. If you have boys and they are going to college make sure they are aware of this and in many cases it would be advantageous to get a masters or phd to better compete with your female colleages with undergraduate degrees. Please note the larger the company or government tend to have more of these quotas.

It sounds like they put the restrooms in and they are preventing students to use it until they figure out the rules. I would ask the dorms for specific rules for the bathroom in writing. We should teach our boys not to gawk, stare, make comments about them, look them up and down, or act rude around them. At some point our boys need to deal with women so the earlier they can get comfortable around them the better. Society has changed. They should both go to therapy together so they can figure it out together.

I have not seen the facts that see mentioned for Adoptive Children at birth... I do understand Foster children have problems, and half of the foster children's problem is the Foster Parent the other half is their up bringing..

I feel for you.. Talking and being nice you are flirting, and never talking your creating a hostile work environment. Many women love the attention, but will use it against you... It is best not to play this game... It is best not to ignore, but have matter of fact ( short ) conversations but be nice, sincere and avoid eye contact.

I hope so, he's been with us for a year, and Mom ran off to another state with a questionable boyfriend and hasn't called in 9 months. Didn't know where she was for about 4 months, but then again it is not about him, it is about the control of him.

We are trying to keep my nephew from going back from a case closed by a case worker without even going to the house... Luckily we filed a court case to try and keep him, but as we are not the parent it is difficult...

I can already see that in society false accusations and court cases are getting more and more known, and usually it is the women that is falsely accusing a man... I hope things are changing... I don't hear much about METOO at the moment, and hopefully this case will set some precedent going forward.

Yep... I can tell you the CPS usually will close cases and believe mom and not the parent just to close cases... It requires a death or multiple calls on a person by different people for them to do something.. They have a charter to reunite the child victim with the parent abuser unless the abuser is into drugs, or down right filth.

We are going through something similar... Please beware it sounds like both the X and her Mom are narcissistic.. Unfortunately, the law does not care about this. Your lawyer is right is to get your son into a therapist to document everything your son is going through. Do not get involved in the confidentiality between the therapist and the son... The therapist can talk to the lawyer directly...

Well we are trying to get custody of a couple kids and this sounds like their Mom... Dads in prison. I think we have a good shot since she never responded to court orders or followed court orders... We also have possession of the kids.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
