He absolutely is not judged as weak. Your ex is a piece of shit period. It's not acting like a girl, it's expressing your thoughts and feelings. 4	My personal wake up call to men's rights...and my continuing nightmare. Yes. It was truly disgusting when I would go with him to the courthouse to fight the CS department when he would be between jobs. Those bitches did not sympathize with him or his situation one bit. A few lawyers (men) told me to pay his support for him and that I shouldn't have gotten with a deadbeat dad. I was furious!!! Men's rights groups won't even help us out either. 11	My personal wake up call to men's rights...and my continuing nightmare. This is exactly what happened to my fiance about 10 years ago. She ran to Puerto Rico, and the courts in the USA KNOW WHERE SHE IS. yet they will not enforce any custody order but will NOT hesitate to suspend his license or threaten to seize his property if he misses even one CS payment. We have consulted with many lawyers and all of them say it's a jurisdiction thing. But we don't know where she is, even though the courts do they won't tell us.
