Nice post! This was me as well and I've started making the changes. I'm exercising more, eating better, working on myself before anything else. I'll be doing meetups and some sports stuff soon to keep me active and have some fun. Photography is my hobby, so I'm buying some equipment to get better results and more satisfaction out of it. It's a lot better with less to worry about.

32, single for half that time. Plenty of dates, just nothing solid yet. Lots of flakes out there. I was a shy introvert myself and I've been working to break out of that shell. I have made the mistake of chatting too much and holding myself back, but that's all changing and the results are clear. Much more action and more importantly, more fun. :-) Small changes go a long way.

Nice report man! It's good to hear about your transformation and how it's becoming a bit more second nature to you. I've been reading seddit for a couple of months now and I've learned a lot from field reports. It gives me some insight into why you reacted a certain way and what your goal was from doing it. Keep getting out there and enjoy every part of it. I hope to be on that path sometime soon. :-)
