3	On a video about perks of being a woman I may be an unwashed pleb, but I guarantee I train on firearm use more than the police who are tasked with keeping the streets safe. It would be trivial to add use of force training to a licensing scheme if that's the route we'd need to go to ensure our safety. Frankly, Canada already has the mechanism to allow concealed carry, it's just a shall not issue unless you're politically connected regime. I hear of business owners locally getting robbed at gunpoint on their way to the bank relatively frequently.
