4	"Men should cry" The ideological bait. Of course we should open up, but never, NEVER in front of people who will use that against us. Your problem is not opening up but the unsafe environment. Be careful with this attitude against opening up emotionally, because being vulnerable is part of being human and invulnerability is dangerously close to sociopathy.
