Conservatives tend more towards an analytical view of reality, meanwhile liberals tend to have an idealized view (how they think it should be). It can even be used as a daily read, as it has short and independent chapters. I guess people are different. I did traditional bodybuilding for a decade with not so good results. A few months into powerlifting I had big gains. I go back and forth over the years between powerlifting and bodybuilding (just cause I get bored), and I can tell I feel much better gains (both strength-conditioning and looks) when powerlifting. Bodybuilding is nice because of the pump and you really feel the muscles at the moment, but the impact on me at least is much smaller
