| 3 | Lifting for fat complete beginnersI would say lift as heavy as you're comfortable with to get stronger, and you'll lose weight quickly if you're eating right as well. When you push your muscles to get stronger they will work to repair themselves over the next few days, so after a heavy workout you're burning your body's energy while you rest and sleep. You'll lose weight very quickly this way if your diet is good as well. | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/05/20 04:25 PM |
| 4 | This is the way (OC)One of the best investments I ever made was paying for a reputable personal trainer. I had him for about two months and asked him to show me good form and what exercises to do so that I could work out on my own. If you find someone who is actually motivated to help people get healthy they will be all on to help you figure it all out. I've been going strong for about 4 years on my own since then | /r/MGTOW | 19/12/19 01:48 PM |
