A question about the gym thing: I feel AWESOME after a gym session. Full of energy, confidence. Literally I feel like another person and ask myself, is this how confident guys feel most of the time? But that sensation fades away the next morning. How to keep feeling like that all day?

Im reading that book but it's so abstract. It repeats the same idea over and over, chapter after chapter. It never gets to concrete level.

This is the worst for me: Living in my own head. It leads to overanalyzation, anxiety, stress etc etc. I feel good about my body, clothes, finances, intelligence. I can't stop overthinking stuff

I know you got some anxiety but probably she does too. No one is confident all the time, remember. I'd suggest, drink a bit, just to get in the mood, not be drunk. And dance. Go grab her and dance ANY song. Girls love to dance. They love it and almost 90% of the time will not refuse a guy to dance in a club, especially if they know him If you're too shy to dance with her, just drink with her and confidence will come. If you live close, take her to the party and take her home too. Don't try to ho…

this. I see the change in myself after a game of football or even table tennis. I'm pretty shy and quiet by nature but after a game, even if im dripping in sweat and I'm wearing dirty clothes, I feel fucking confident and awesome. I talk to random girls on the street, which I NEVER would do otherwise. I should start the gym again.

While I agree with your comment, I think OP is saying something different. One of the reasons why guys don't approach girls is the fear that you might be seen as "look at this dude hitting on girls. so lame" That's a real fear, I have it too. I am more confident alone, or with people I don't know well than with friends I've known for a long time. This because I have a "reputation" that I don't hit on girls and if I do, I might seem as out of character. And because you've done it so rarely, you d…

Do you really say : "Why are you so worried about the future? Who knows what could happen tomorrow. I could die on my way home tonight. We never know. Life's too short to try to control every aspect of the future. Just let go, let the sun rise, enjoy the horizon. This is the greatest moment of your life." "

makes sense. I think this works for a lot of social interactions. I'm a guy, and if someone tells me "Hey, I got 2 bikes, wanna join me for a ride?", I say "Hell yeah, let's". But if I'm invited to something "Hey, let's do this together" this tends to be awkward

What I've realized (maybe Im wrong) is that women don't give you mixed signals. Either they give you signals or not. Mixed signals fall in the category of signals, so she's still sending interess signals to you

"Mohammed Zubair (1994-2015) is a self-proclaimed Smooth Talker. He's always control- testing everything. He's almost always asking himself questions like: "Which colored shirt makes me feel the best?" "I wonder what she'd say if I asked her something more personal?" "Which words bring more smiles to these humans faces?" "Do I think clearer when I eat 2 carrots and drink a black coffee or when I gorge on pasta and drink some Kool-aid?" "

There's no way you won't come of as creepy. She doesn't know you and her first questin will be "Who are you". Already in a tough position. Unless you have a common friend, I'd suggest not.

I fell exactly like you: moments before I'm filled with dread but then I go and actually have a wonderful time. And for the next 2-3 days I'm always finding reasons to go out For me, the knowledge that I KNOW (and you do too) that Im gonna have a great time is the push. I KNOW that I'm gonna regret not going.

Will there be dancing? if so, drink and dance. Eases your mind. Girls love to dance. Just find a group who's dancing, approach a girl and start dancing with her. 99% she'll dance back with you. Then take her from the group and dance privately together.

To sum up every study: Had it up to here with narcissists? No, we haven’t because they really are more attractive. Sex is an area where nice guys do finish last Women are very often attracted to bad boys like James Bond. In fact, research shows young women sometimes prefer out-and-out jerks. What do studies say can make a man more attractive? Among other things, a flashy car and throwing money around. Yes, that works. Women find married men more attractive than single men: And they find sexist m…

Find a job. Whatever job. Spend 6 months to 1.5 years. If it fullfills you, if you like it, do that. If you enjoy more doing other things (like writing, reading, looking at cats on the internet) find a way to make money doing those things. There is always a way. Start a blog about those things. Sell it. Write for websites about things you are good at. Don't make long life plans. There's no point. The bottom line is: Find a way to make money doing things you love. Nowdays it is entirely possible
